PLEASE READ BEFORE TRYING ON A GARMENT
Special care needs to be taken when trying on our garments. We recommend trying on garments after showering and before putting on deodorant, lotions, makeup, etc. Please make sure you do not have any perfume, deodorant, wounds or open areas on your skin.
We cannot make refunds or exchanges for garments that have been soiled, altered, washed, worn or damaged. Garments that emit odors of smoke, perfume, perspiration, lotions, food, laundry detergent, etc. or exhibit traces of pet or human hair or skin, deodorant marks or other residue will not be eligible for return.
Please let us know within 20 days of receiving your order if you need to return or exchange anything. We need to have your return within 30 days of you receiving your order. Because these are medical grade garments it is important that all items returned be in perfect, unworn, unused condition.
There are no restocking fees for exchanges due to size issues. However, items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Discontinued sale items, accessories and swell spots may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
HOW TO RETURN A GARMENT
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request. Please include your order#, name, items you are returning and reason why. We will then get back to you with an RA# to include in your return package.
2. Include the RA# and filled-in Return Sheet with your return item(s) and ship to:

via the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you get a tracking number for your shipment. We will not be able to process any returns which are sent back to us if they do not have the Return Authorization Number.
3. All Refunds for unworn, unused, garments will be issued within seven (7) business days upon our receipt of the returned merchandise. You will receive an email from us with the refund confirmation stating the funds have been sent to your bank. Allow two to three (2-3) business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account

You will be responsible for shipping charges back to Wear Ease for the exchange.
If you choose to wait for us to receive your return, we will make the exchange upon arrival of your unused, unworn item and the new exchanged item will be sent back to you with no additional shipping charges.
If you would like to receive your exchange item right away, we will e-mail you an invoice for payment and ship your new item. We will issue you a refund on your original order as soon as we receive the original item. There will be no additional shipping charges for the exchange.
