Fitting the Karena Bra  Measure in inches around the fullest point of the breast or chest.  Normally the nipple line and refer to the size chart.  Note:  1.  The bra should fit as snug as possible.  If it feels too tight, try wearing for a few hours at a time.  Results have been a reduction in size due to the texture and massage moving the lymph fluid..  Best time to try on is in the morning or after MLD.

For the bilateral figure (after a complete mastectomy with no reconstruction):  The bust cups may be removed to provide a flatter garment and better fit.

For the unilateral figure (wearing with no prosthesis):  Try wearing a fluff, leisure form, or wash cloth in the surgery side to ensure the texture is against the chest on both sides.
